Some data, statistical indicator or diagram might not be error free and we cannot guarantee that DELTA output will not be affected by such problems. The Commission accepts no responsibility with regard to such problems incurred as a result of using the software.

The use of the DELTA software is currently restricted to people actively involved in FAIRMODE activities and its future development will strictly depend on the feeedback given by these same people. The DELTA Tool is also NOT intended for commercial purposes. The release of DELTA to "NON-FAIRMODE" users is currently not possible.
